What is a Gong Bath you may ask?
Put simply a Gong Bath is a sound massage without any water or the need to removing any clothing.
You lay comfortably on a matt and listen to and absorb the beautiful music created by a range of instruments including Gongs, Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Native American Flutes, Rattles & Shakers, Rainsticks and much more.
How do you benefit?
A Gong Bath promotes a state of deep relaxation, it will leave you feeling refreshed and revitalised. It helps to stop the constant "chatter" of our minds. Also very good for relieving stress, anxiety, tension, aches and pain and tinnitus.
Host a Gong Bath
Take the opportunity to have your home cleansed with the beautiful vibration of sound - get a group of friends together and host your own personal Gong Bath.
Minimum 6 people @ $25 each. If you have 10 people the host's session is free and if you have 16 people you also get a free Gong Goddess CD.
I am currently in India completing a one year internship with an Ayurvedic Doctor, if you are in India please see Contact page for details I have some beautiful gongs, bowls and bells that I have collected from Tibetan Monastries and I would love to use them in a sound healing session here in Monther India.
